The date listed (in Roman numerals) is 1723, and the Principia first came out in 1687. WatchMagneto-Rotational Instability
Magnetically unstable cylindrical Couette flow. Although the basic flow is Rayleigh stable it is linearly unstable to the Magneto-Rotational Instability.
